- Health check-up from the doctor! You should definitely consult a doctor before starting the marathon training. The heart, circulation, musculoskeletal system as well as the muscles need to be able to cope with the strain.
- Ambition, self-discipline:
A time-consuming training period of several months is needed in order to participate healthily and successfully in a marathon. Do you have the necessary ambition to do this?
