Circuit training is a combination of exercises arranged in a circuit. The different exercises are carried out on the various machines with no break in between. During circuit training, the exercises of the individual muscle groups are combined in such a way that it is possible to do uninterrupted exercise and still provide the muscles with sufficient time to recover.
