Zen Meditation

What is Zen Meditation?

Zen meditation originates from Zen Buddhism. Zen meditation traces back to a Buddhist meditation school which was taken by an Indian Monk to China in the 6th Century. 

Zen-Meditation is a non-objective form of meditation. The aim of Zen meditation is to be alert in the present moment: To perceive everything as it is. Without valuing or interpreting and becoming one with the action.

Za-Zen is a type of Zen meditation and done in a seated position.
