Is fast food healthy?
Fast food is fatty and contains a lot of calories regardless of whether it is a burger, pizza, sausages or pastry. Eating fast food every now and then is alright but if you live on fast food you will put on a lot of weight. In addition to this, fast food is very unhealthy and does not contain the sufficient amount of nutrients that your body needs. It is nearly impossible to live on fast food and supply your body with vital nutrients.
Is it possible to eat reasonably healthy in a fast food restaurant ?
- Always order a salad in addition to the other food that you have ordered!
- It is better to eat a small burger instead of an XXL one.
- Avoid French fries.
- Drink water or Diet Coke instead of normal Coke!
